Advertising
:
- Each
property registered with HolidayHomes4Less shall receive its own individual
webpage on the HolidayHomes4Less.com website unless there are a number of
similar properties at the same address when HolidayHomes4Less shall reserve
the right to produce a single webpage promoting them as a group.
- Each
webpage shall consist of one main photograph, descriptive text and the possibility
of an additional (maximum 4) smaller photographs.
- It
is the responsibility of the cottage owner to supply all information and
pictures required to create their advertisement. If suitable information
is not provided, HolidayHomes4Less reserves the right to create the advertisement
from the information they have available.
- HolidayHomes4Less
shall not be responsible for the safe return of any materials including,
but not limited to, photographs and drawings sent in for advertising purposes.
- Advertisements
shall not be posted on the website until approval of the proposed pages
from the owner has been recieved.
- HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right to reproduce photographs related to any properties registered
with the company for advertising purposes or any other related projects.
- Cottage
owners or their representatives must ensure that their webpage does not
contravene the Trade Descriptions Act 1968. HolidayHomes4Less shall not
be held liable for any such contraventions.
- HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right to vet any properties registered with them.
- HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right to determine the final layout for the advertisement webpage.
- Featuring
your property on our homepage as Property of the Week is charged at £10
per week (offer subject to availability). Should the space go unsold HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right to feature any registered property at their discretion.
- Advertisement
and registration costs are subject to review at any time. Should our charges
change “owners” will be informed in advance by email and all
existing bookings shall be charged at the agreed rate when the booking was
taken.
- HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right, at their discretion, to refuse or reject any new properties
applying for registration.
Bookings
:
- HolidayHomes4Less
acts solely as a booking agent for its registered properties
- All
booking contracts entered into shall remain solely between the "owner"
and the "holiday maker".
- Once
a booking has been agreed HolidayHomes4Less will supply both the “owner”
and the “holiday maker” with the necessary contact details of
the other party.
- After
the relevant contact details have been exchanged the "owner" shall
contact the "holiday maker" directly to advise them of the relevant
property's General Terms and Conditions.
- Payment
for the booking shall be made directly by the "holiday maker"
to the "owner" subject to the owners General Terms and Conditions.
- HolidayHomes4Less
shall invoice the "owner" for commissions due upon commencement
of the holiday in question.
Commission
:
- HolidayHomes4Less
charges a tiered commission stated as follows :
- Booking
totals up to £249.99, shall be charged a flat fee of £25.00
per property.
- Booking
totals of £250.00 and over, shall be charged a flat fee of £30.00
per property.
- Commission
charges are subject to review at any time. Should our commission charges
change “owners” will be informed in advance by email and all
existing bookings shall be charged at the agreed rate when the booking was
taken.
Privacy
:
- All
information gathered by HolidayHomes4Less shall not be passed on to any
third party without the prior consent of the individual concerned. Please
note that by agreeing to a booking this will constitute as being your consent
to pass your contact details on to the counter party.
General
:
- HolidayHomes4Less
reserves the right to change and amend the Terms and Conditions stated above
at their discretion. Should our Terms and Conditions change all parties
shall be informed by email.
- A completed
registration form sent to HolidayHomes4Less shall amount to acceptance of
the terms and conditions stated above
