On the Cotswolds edge, in a picturesque, rural location by the Stroudwater Canal, all 8 of the properties are within a small, private English country estate, all walking distance from each other.

Open all year, 8 properties, 1 with level access and a spacious apartment in the west wing of the Manor house, can sleep from 3 to 12 individually or up to 52 (58 using sofa beds) if combined.

There is easy access from the A38 or M5 junction 13 to many places of interest and activities. The nearest pub/restaurant is under a mile (approx 10 mins walk) in the scenic neighbouring village of Frampton-on-Severn. More restaurats/pubs and shops are within 2-10 miles.

Catering for special parties can be arranged in either of the two party rooms available with certain groups of cottages, with fireworks, wines on sale or return etc.

Large friends and family reunions, well behaved stag and hen parties, honeymoons, birthday parties, children and pets welcome in most of the cottages.



  • Opposite Lodge Cottage, this similarly-built mellow brick, but larger, Victorian cottage also has an open fireplace, period features, a private garden with BBQ, extensive views, and parking for approximately 4 cars.
  • With an open plan sitting room & Conservatory Dining room & table to seat up to 10. This cottage can be combined very well with the Lodge Cottage opposite for groups of up to 10
  • Church Cottage: sleeps 6 (with dining table to seat up to 10)
    Ground floor: Open-plan sitting room with log fireplace, leading into a large Conservatory dining area with extensive views. Colour TV/DVD & Video. Separate Kitchen with electric cooker, M/W, F/F, W/D, D/W etc., and covered entrance porch. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath (no upstairs bathroom).
  • 1st floor: Steep stairs with a good hand rail leading to the double bedroom, twin bedroom and a long bedroom with sloping ceilings and 2 single beds, one at either end.
  • Well-behaved *Pet(s) extra* each @ £15 p.w or £7.50 wk/d - s/b.
  • Towels can be supplied for guests arriving by train, plane or sea, otherwise please bring own towels.
  • All Cottages - Economy 7 night storage heating and some additional heating appliances are provided. Electricity & Telephone usage charged by meter readings - no coins required.
  • Good walks, & a short drive to a wide variety of activities & places of interest. Coarse Fishing available free on the estate. Nearest Pub/Restaurant under a mile walking - torch provided.
