Polperro is an unspoilt fishing village retaining its Old World charm.  A good choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs (often with live music).  A good range of shops is available locally.

The front entrance of the cottage is reached by a weathered flight of stone steps.  The entrance is formed by a small conservatory which provides an elevated position from which one can relax and watch the activities of the village and harbour in comfort.

The entrance opens into a very comfortable sitting room with feature fire place, colour TV, VCR and CD/HiFi. 

Adjoining the sitting room is a well equipped fitted diner/kitchen with a warm country cottage feel.  Appliances include cooker, fridge, microwave.  There is also a full range of kitchen utensils and kitchenware for your use.

The country cottage theme continues upstairs where there is a large master bedroom with double bed and petite double bedroom.  There is a well equipped bathroom on this level, comprising of bath, electric shower, wc, and heated towel rail.

At the rear of the property there are steps leading to a terraced garden and summer house.  Here you can sit and enjoy beautiful views over the roof tops of Polperro, the harbour and out to sea.
