The Dairy is one of four individually designed self-catering holiday cottages of varying sizes that have been converted from two traditional stone barns dating from the eighteenth century.  Tastefully restored and enjoying fantastic views across the valley. Benefiting from outstanding south facing views over some of the finest countryside in Cornwall.

Furnished with traditional pine. Electricity, including heating, and bed linen (duvets) provided.

A travel cot is available by prior arrangement.

There is ample off road parking and a garden with separate patio furniture for each cottage.

Two barbecues are provided for use by guests.

This is a working farm and the owners would be delighted to tell you all about the Markwell pedigree Suffolk flock, suckler beef herd, commercial sheep, ponies and the goats which are all on the farm.

 
  • Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms on a single level.
  • This is the largest cottage on Markwell Farm.
  • This is of particular benefit to those with limited mobility. Access for wheelchairs is provided with the use of wider doors, although a helper would be required.
  • Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
  • Bedroom 2 has twin beds and adjoining en-suite shower room.
  • Bedroom 3 is a large room with bunk beds.
  • Second bathroom with shower over bath
  • The living area has a well equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is also the use of a shared washing machine.
  • Comfortable sofas with colour TV with VCR and Radio/CD-player.

  • Pets are welcome at a charge of £10.00 each per week.
